Ok. good Question.
well this part of the Forum is used to Enquire about your order, you can ask if it's been prossesed, depending if you paid by snail mail check for instance.
if something is out of stock and you really like it, this is where you can ask when it will be restocked again
on rare accasions, when things dont go to plan, and it does happen sometimes with the postal service in this country. you can report any problem you might have, and dont know what to do next.
This part of the forum is for your peace of mind, to know that you can always contact us if need be
