How does Science influence your belief in the afterlife.
Because Science cant prove the afterlife and life after death, does that mean its all make belief by people who are so scared of dying, that it gives them hope. Is science the one that loses out here being so blind to the fact that not everything can be proven.

Good topic is this. Scientists have always got my goat when it comes to stuff like this. If they cant measure it, melt it, split it into atoms, or zap it with nutrons, then it doesnt exsist.
Scientist seem to be very closed minded too. Explain to them that the tools they have, to prove certain things, are reliant of the age we live in.
they dont seem to comprehend that perhaps the tools havent been made yet to test for spirit and afterlife. but just because the equipment isnt around to truly test another dimention, doesnt mean that the other dimention doesnt exsist, and isnt real.
Wasnt so long ago, that everybody totaly believed the earth was flat, until chritopher columbus decided to sail around it to prove it wasnt. i'm sure the scientists of that day was looking down their noses at him, thinking he was cooky..... But he was right, and the scientist were wrong. so who's to say they arent wrong again.
