Q…Are there any minimum orders
A…No, there are no minimum orders. If you want to order more than five items at one time though, we ask you contact us first before going to checkout. The postage changes for bulk orders.
Q…I see you use Nochex for online payments. Can I still order from you if I don’t have a Nochex account.
A…Yes of course you can. We do have Paypal for those who want it, but We feel that Nochex is a much better online payment service than the one you probably use. Nochex is quick, easy and fuss free. For orders under £100 you don’t need a Nochex account to use this payment method. You can use any Major Debit or Credit card in their TOTALLY SECURE SSL payment service. Orders over £100 you have to sign up with them. This is a TOTALLY FREE AND SECURE QUALITY SERVICE. Which is good for you, our customer.
Q… I want to order something from your Adult section but i am worried about my privacy
A…. your privacy is our up most concern. You can feel confident that all items are sent to you in plain packaging, with no indication to the contents or where they have come from. Even the returns address for our Adult Items are non-discript which is

Q…I am worried that if I receive faulty goods, or worse still they don’t turn up, that I will be out of pocket with nothing to show for my money.
A… Like you, we hate bad service to consumers, with this in mind, in the rare occasions you may receive faulty or damaged goods, we will always do everything we can to replace damaged goods you receive. There is always a returns address supplied with the package for any problems you might have. All you have to do is write a covering note explaining what the problem is, and return the item within 2 days of receipt. Some goods are non returnable though for obvious hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged on receipt (adult range and lingerie) to return these they must be unused, unopened. You can still return the items if obviously damaged, we will always replace the item.
Where goods are lost in the post, and it does happen sometimes. This is where your choice of postal service is important. We always advise you to choose recorded delivery if orders are of high value. That can be tracked and claimed from the post office, which we do for you.
Q… When I place my order, how will I know when it is due to arrive, or when it has been despatched
A… we have order update on everything you buy from us, and we will always inform you of the order status, so you know what’s happening at each and every step.
